Awesome Indian Food


Some wonderful experiments were done in our kitchen in the past. A few that we photographed.

Asian spicy chicken - it was great with beer !












Haleem - amazing lamb dish. Authentic hyderabadi haleem, courtesy Radhika. It was slow cooked for about seven hours.









Awesome finger food - it is called Chicken 65 in India and I cannot vouch I know the logic behind that name. One thing I can tell you is that it goes well with beer and tastes awesome!

we joke that a chicken is cut into 66 pieces, and you taste 1 and serve 65 - hence chicken 65 :)
